Material-first design for Surrey’s finest residences.

Surrey’s residential landscape sits between the capital and the countryside, and the architecture reflects both influences. Gated estates in Virginia Water and Oxshott demand interiors of scale — double-height hallways, integrated home cinemas, master suites with dedicated dressing rooms and bathrooms in bookmatched stone. In Cobham and Esher, detached family homes call for warm, liveable schemes: wide-plank oak, hand-finished plaster, honed marble and bespoke kitchen joinery designed around how the household actually works. Whether the property is a contemporary new build or a period home with established gardens, our material-first approach ensures every room is rooted in the architecture and built to endure.

Interior Design Services in Surrey

Our Surrey projects cover complete property fit-outs, kitchen and bathroom transformations, and single-room redesigns. We manage spatial planning, material sourcing, bespoke joinery, lighting design, furniture specification and full build coordination. For larger properties, we often design integrated cinema rooms, wine cellars, dressing rooms and spa bathrooms alongside the main living spaces.

Many Surrey clients come to us mid-build, having appointed an architect but needing a studio to handle the interior from finishes through to furniture. Others engage us from the outset, allowing us to influence layout, joinery integration and services coordination from the earliest drawings. Either way, we manage every detail from studio to site.

Coordinated from studio to site.

Surrey projects often involve multiple consultants — architects, structural engineers, landscape designers. We work alongside each, ensuring interior specifications are coordinated with the wider build programme. Material palettes are developed in our studio using physical samples, not digital renders. Joinery is drawn to the millimetre and manufactured by specialist workshops. Stone is selected slab by slab from quarries and stockists we have worked with for years. On site, our project managers oversee installation to ensure the finished result matches the design intent exactly.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you work in Surrey?

Yes. We work across Surrey’s principal residential areas, including Cobham, Esher, Weybridge, Virginia Water, Oxshott, Guildford, Reigate and Farnham. Surrey is one of the key regions we serve.

What types of Surrey properties do you design for?

We work with gated estates, detached family homes, contemporary new builds, period properties and single-room transformations. Every scheme is tailored to the architecture and the way you live.

What does your service include?

We offer a complete interior design service: spatial planning, material sourcing, bespoke joinery, lighting design, build management, installation and furniture curation. One studio handles every decision from concept through to completion.

Do you coordinate with London-based architects on Surrey projects?

Yes. Many of our Surrey clients work with architects based in London. We attend joint site meetings across both counties and manage all interior specifications, procurement and installation coordination regardless of where the wider team is based.

Can you design interiors for new-build properties in Surrey?

New builds are a significant part of our work in Surrey. We prefer to be involved early in the build process so that joinery, stone and services can be integrated from the outset rather than retrofitted after completion.
